摘　　要： 本文回顾了我国政策咨询业的发展历程,总结出所取得的五方面成就.在此基础上着重分析了目前所存在的差距和问题,最后提出了解决的5项对策. Policy inquiry is an important and valuable means for establishing a scienceoriented and democratized process of decision making. This paper gives an analytic exposition of the current situation of policy consultation in China. So far, policy inquiry has covered four stages and achieved five successes. In addition, the article lists the existing problems and issues in this aspect and finally it advances solutions to them.
