摘　　要： 一、交易的界定 交易是市场经济活动的内容,也是国民经济核算的对象.而市场经济活动可以从宏观和微观两个层次理解,相应地交易也有两个层次.微观上的交易是指各个市场活动者为各自的经济利益而进行的交换活动;而宏观上的交易是指机构单位之间根据市场经济原则共同协议相互作用形成的一种经济流量. In this article,from the definition of economic transaction,the author pointed out the three essential of economic transaction:subject object and medium,therefore define accurately economic transaction.Through the comparison and evaluation of transaction classification between the System of National Accounts of China 1992 and SNA 1993,the author pointed out the advisal scheme of the transaction classification of System of National Accounts of China,then discussed flow of transaction through the graphic method.Transaction account and foundational principle.
