摘　　要： 语言测试研究近年来取得了新的突破.本文在概述国内外研究成果的基础上,集中探讨现代语言测试所涉及的几个理论问题:语言观、语言能力观、语言学习观以及测试发展的外界制约因素,同时阐述各个理论的发展对语言测试所产生的影响. A breakthrough has been made in the study of the modern language testing in recent years. This paper focuses on the following issues concerning modern language testing on the basis of the brief introduction to the recent achievements on it: outlook on language, outlook on language ability, outlook on language learning and the external restricting factors of the development of language testing. In the meanwhile it also expounds the effects of the development of the outlooks on language testing.
