摘　　要： 自马克思在《1857--1858经济学手稿》中明确提出亚细亚生产方式以来，已经过去了整整一个半世纪。围绕这一问题域所展开的多次大规模讨论甚至是跨国论战，虽然硝烟止息，但似乎还余波未了，难有定论。在马克思那里本不成其为问题的亚细亚生产方式，却逐渐演变为他的思想谱系中的一个“哥德巴赫猜想”。现在看来， The aim of Marx to propose 'Asiatic Mode of Production' is to establish the 'local' development theory based on oriental particularities in the framework of universal view of history.The particularities have first been stated completely in Marx's discussion of two types of Asiatic mode of ownership,and then enriched and improved in his statements of the special way of development of Russia.Although Oriental despotism and post colonialism take excessive and simplified interpretations,and even misinterpretations in the discussion of Mark's Asiatic mode of production and the theory of Oriental society,but their censure and arguments are worthy of serious analysis.
