摘　　要： “大众创业、万众创新”战略的提出具有重大的经济和社会意义，有助于推动我国经济结构调整，鼓励全民创业创新并促进我国新一轮经济发展。而对知识产权的研究有助于促进“双创”战略的实施，本文将通过回顾相关文献，剖析我国创业创新实践中的制约性因素，进而为我国充分利用知识产权来促进创业创新实践提出相关的对策建议。 The strategy of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation is of great social and economic significance, which helps to accelerate economic restructuring, encourage popular entrepreneurship and innovation and promote a new round of economic： development. In addition, the research of intellectual property would be conducive to ensuring the implementation of the strategy of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This article firstly reviewed relevant literature, then analyzed the limited factors in the practice of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in China, and finally put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for advancing the practice of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation by means of making full use of intellectual property.
