从标准化到差异化:学校质量评价目标的观念转移

摘  要: 学校质量评价的最终目的是帮助学校提升学校质量水平进而成为优质学校。因此,优质学校理想就成为学校质量评价目标的确立依据。对优质学校理想的不同理解导致学校质量评价形成两种截然不同的评价目标形态,即标准化目标和差异化目标。标准化目标体现了给定、绩效、规范的取向。它存在的缺陷促使学校质量评价目标出现从标准化向差异化的观念转移。差异化目标体现了建构、综合、发展的取向。与标准化目标相比,差异化目标拥有强调个性与特色、保证公平与公正、实现进阶式发展的优势。 The ultimate aim of schooling quality evaluation is to help schools improve their schooling quality and to become excellent schools.Therefore,excellent school ideal is the basis of evaluational objective of schooling quality.Different understandings for excellent school ideal lead to forming two totally different models of evaluational objective of schooling quality in schooling quality evaluation,namely,standardized objective and differentiated objective.Standardized objective reflects the orientation of predesign,performance and norm.Its defects bring about the ideological transition from standardized objective to differentiated objective.Differentiated objective reflects the orientation of construction,whole,development.Compare with standardized objective,differentiated objective have advantages in emphasizing individuality,guaranteeing fairness and justice,achieving a staged development.
