摘　　要： 分析《南方日报》2008年1月-2010年12月对广州地区公共图书馆的新闻报道情况，指出《南方日报》对广州地区公共图书馆服务均等化的发展给予正面报道，有助提升其形象。应借助媒体宣传，推动广州地区公共图书馆服务均等化发展。 This paper analyzes the news reports on public libraries in Guangzhou area between January 2008 and December 2010, indicates that its positive reports on the development of public library＇s service equalization are in favor of improving library＇s images. Public libraries in Guangzhou area should make good use of the news media to promote the equalization of library service.
