摘　　要： 服务均等化是公共图书馆的发展方向。迈向服务均等化的公共图书馆，需要重构其管理。一是引入物流管理，形成新的文献信息资源采集、典藏、组织、调配和流通、利用管理机制；二是重组部门架构，实行“以人为本、权责相依”的绩效管理制度：三是加强公共关系管理，积极参与公共文化服务体系建设，开展各项社会文化活动，广泛听取用户的批评、建议，以便争取更多的支持和改善公共图书馆均等化服务。 The equal services is the Public library development direction, The public library of toward equal service development needs to restructure its management. First, introduction logistics management, form a new literature information resource collection, organization, allocation and circulation, use management mechanisms; Second, reorganization department structure, practices a ＂people-oriented, The rights and responsibilities coexist＂ the Performance Management system; Third, strengthen public relations management, actively participate in public cultural service system construction, carry out various social and cultural activities, listen to the users criticisms, it is recommended in order to secure more support and improve public library equal services.
