摘　　要： 本文认为用户研究应成为数字图书馆研究工作中的主要内容，并具体阐述了数字图书馆用户的范畴、类型、特征，用户需求，用户行为与用户心理。 This article thinks that the study of digital library should focus on its users.In this article,the author illustrates the users’ category and characteristics as well as the users’ demand, behaviour and psychology.
