摘　　要： 舆情是民众的一种社会政治态度，本质上始终贯穿着民众与国家管理者之间不断变动的相互利益关系，从舆情信息的内容可以观察出某地区社会的现实变化状况，也就是说，舆情信息与社会稳定有着密切的联系，舆情内容的变化发展，甚至直接影响到某一地区的社会稳定，舆情信息监测对社会稳定发展尤为重要。文章基于媒体舆情信息监测与社会稳定关系以及媒体舆情信息监测现状，通过开发运用监测软件，成立专门监测部门，建立权威发言人机制、构建信息预警机制等手段，及时掌控媒体舆情突发事件中的相关内容和变化情况，拟解决媒体舆情信息监测在社会稳定发展中所面临的现实问题。 Public opinion is a social and political attitude of the people. It runs through the changing mutual benefit relationship between the country and public management. From the content of public opinion information, we can observe the real changes of an area. That is to say, public opinion and social stability are closely linked, and change and development of public opinion content even affect social stability. Therefore, public opinion infor- mation monitoring is particularly important for social development. Based on the research of the relation between media public opinion information monitoring and stable social relations, and by timely controlling relevant content and change of media public opinion in the event of an emergency situation through certain technical means and methods, the paper to solve the practical problems of the media public opinion information monitoring in the devel- opment of social stability.
