合作行为的神经机制及研究展望

摘  要: 合作行为是解决社会困境问题的有效途径,是一种通过抑制自我利益最大化的冲动来满足集体利益最大化的决策表现。合作动机在中脑缘的奖赏加工系统中产生,该系统主要负责加工奖赏来源信息,评估收益能否达到预期(纹状体、腹内侧前额叶皮层),它受到两个系统的调节:认知控制系统负责监控和解决社会困境中的混合动机冲突,抑制利益诱惑(腹外侧前额叶皮层、背侧前扣带回);社会认知系统负责洞察互动博弈中他人的心理状态,识别信任或威胁信号(颞顶联合区、杏仁核、内侧前额叶皮层)。未来研究可从人格特质、基因进化和半球结构等视角进一步揭示社会困境中合作行为存在差异性的神经机制。 Cooperation is defined as a kind of pro-social decision that promotes collective benefit through in- hibiting the impulse of self-interested gain. In recent years, cooperation ( or cooperative decision and behavior) has become increasingly popular in the study of psychology and economics. A vast body of studies has documented three psychological processes (i. e., reward system, cognitive control system, and social cognitive system) underlying cooperative behavior in social dilemma. Specifically, reward system is responsible for evaluating whether the present gains match the expectations. Cognitive control system prioritizes processes of external reward information ( e. g. , money) to promote individual to make decision in an economic way. Social cognitive system takes charge to process trust and threatening signals (e. g. , mind reading) to urge people to decide in a social-orientation way. Future study should delve into the neural processes of cooperation in social dilemma in the perspectives of individual differ- ences, genetic evolution, and structure of semi-sphere.
