摘　　要： 通过界定政府舆情信息需求的涵义,分析特征,重点探讨政府舆情信息开发中内容、采集、加工、合作开发、评价等需求理论,归纳与扩展了理论基础,为开展政府舆情信息工作与服务提供理论支持与实践参考。 By means of defining the meaning of Government public opinion information demand,analyzing characteristics,discussing the demand theories of content,collection,processing,cooperative development and evaluation in development of public opinion,induces and expands information service theories basis.The purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the government public opinion information work and service.
