广州市番禺区耕地生态安全动态变化研究

摘  要: 耕地生态安全与粮食安全和社会稳定息息相关,以广州市番禺区为例,从耕地生态安全压力、状态和响应三方面结合自然、社会和经济等多角度选取了12个典型指标来构建广州市番禺区耕地生态指标体系,采用客观赋权法、综合分析法等方法对耕地生态安全进行动态分析以及安全等级划分。研究结果表明:2008—2013年广州市番禺区耕地生态安全压力值和响应值都呈上升态势,总体生态安全程度相对偏低,呈现“敏感-风险-敏感”发展水平。其中2008年的耕地生态安全处于敏感水平,2009—2011年处于风险水平,2012—2013年耕地生态安全等级有所上升,但仍处于敏感水平。建议今后需要通过保护耕地数量和质量安全,加强耕地生态恢复和重建工作以及建立耕地生态安全预警系统等措施加大对耕地资源的保护力度,促进耕地利用可持续发展。 Cultivated land ecological security has a close relationship with food security and social stability. This paper takes Guangzhou Panyu District as example and study from three aspects of cultivated land ecological safety pressure, state and response with the perspective of natural, social, economic and other aspects to select 12 typical indexes and construct the evaluation index system of cultivated land ecology. It used the objective weighting method, comprehensive analysis method to perform dynamic analysis of cultivated land ecological security of Panyu District and divide the safety grade. The results showed that in 2008-2013, pressure value and response value of ecological security of cultivated land were increased. The ecological security degree was relatively low in general and it presented the development level of "sensitive - risk - sensitive". The cultivated land ecological security was in a sensitive level in 2008; land ecological security at the level of risk in 2009-2011. Cultivated land ecological security level had a certain increase during 2012-2013 but still in sensitive level. We need to protect the cultivated land quantity and quality, and strengthen farmland ecological restoration and reconstruction work as well as set up the early warning system of cultivated land ecological security and other measures, in order to strengthen the protection of cultivated land resources and promote the sustainable development of cultivated land utilization.
