摘　　要： 创新型人才主要依靠创新型教师去培养.文中介绍了作者他们通过加强教师师德修养、提升教师教学和科研能力、倡导教师投身于学生创新能力培养工作等方面的措施,构建并打造大学数学创新型优秀教学团队的探索和实践,并介绍了他们取得的成效. The cultivation of innovation talents mainly depends on the innovative teachers. This paper introduces the measures to construct the innovative excellent teaching team of college mathematics, including strengthening teachers＇ moral cultivation, improving teachers＇ ability on teaching and scientific research, advocating teachers to devote themselves into the cultivation of students＇ creative ability. Furthermore, the results are presented.
