摘　　要： 市场化改革对企业的竞争环境产生深刻影响,促使企业提高自身技术创新水平。本文的实证分析结果表明,广州的非国有化、贸易一体化与政府退出等市场化改革变量均与企业技术创新支出呈正向运动关系。因此,市场化已经成为驱动广州企业技术创新的动力机制。 Marketization has a profound impact on the enterprise＇s competitive environ- ment, which encourages enterprises to improve their level of technological innovation. Empirical analysis shows that the marketization reform variables of Guangzhou such as denationalization, trade- liberalization and government withdrawing have positive movement relations with the en- terprises＇ technological innovation spending. In this sense, marketization reform has become a dynamic mechanism to drive enterprises in Guangzhou to innovate technology.
