摘　　要： 我国农村土地制度改革是一项重大的历史性课题,现有研究大多对我国农地制度改革的某些方面进行局部研究。基于对有关所有制调整产权管制放松、农地流转制度创新等文献的分析,提出一个逻辑自治的经济分析框架。其中,研究对象是产权与所有权,约束条件为二元经济结构,问题的实质是交易费用最小化的制度创新路径。在研究内容上,农地改革中的交易费用生成机理仍有待进一步思考。 The rural land system reform in China is a major historic task and most existing studies focus on some aspects of the rural land system reform in China.This paper builds a self-logic economic analysis paradigm that can help us know more about China＇s rural land tenure institutional reform,which is based on recent literatures and a series of research by ourselves.The study subjects are property rights and ownership,the constraint is the dual economic structure,the matter is the institutional innovation path of minimize transaction costs.The formation mechanism of transaction costs in the rural land reform is still an issue for further consideration.
