摘　　要： 企业的组织变革可以分为企业组织的内部变革和企业组织的外部变革两个方面。从其趋势看,企业组织变革逐步由内部变革发展到外部变革,而外部变革是指企业间关系的创新,具体是指网络组织成为企业间关系的一种新的组织形式。我国原有的企业组织变革主要是偏重于企业内部的变革,而对企业外部的变革关注不够,因而,大力发展网络组织应是我国企业组织变革的主要内容。 The reformation about enterprise organization can be divided into internal and external enterprise organization reformation.To take care of tendency on organization reformation,it's growing up from internal to external,yet external reformation indicates innovation about inter-firm relationship,denotes that network organization turns inter-firm relationship into fresh organization form in detail.Intrinsic enterprise organization reformations in our country principally lay particular stress on internal,paying...
