摘　　要： 本文以战略转型为导向、以资源基础理论、生命周期理论和可持续增长理论为支撑,提炼了一个针对企业战略转型的分析框架;并以华为为例,运用案例分析和财务分析方法,分别从企业所拥有的资源和能力基础、转型时机的把握以及采取的财务激励政策等方面归纳了实施战略转型成功的关键要素。具备了这些要素,企业就可能通过战略转型实现可持续增长。 This thesis develops an analysis framework for enterprise strategic transformation based on the resource based theory,life cycle theory and the sustainable growth theory;Using Huawei as an example,we induce the key elements of successful enterprise strategic transformation from the company＇s resources and capabilities,the transformation timing,and financial incentives decisions by using case analysis and financial analysis methods.With these elements,enterprises may achieve sustainable growth through strategic transformation.
