摘　　要： 协同创新是一种基于共同目标和资源禀赋,冲破原有组织壁垒,实现跨界连接和融合创新的过程。结合协同创新对高校科研管理的要求,从科研管理战略层、管理层和实施层3方面分析了我国科研管理存在的问题,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面提出了高校科研管理体制机制创新的路径选择。 Collaborative innovation is a process of breaking the barriers of original organization and realizing the cross- border connection and integrated innovation based on common goals and resource endowment.Connecting with the requirements of collaborative innovation for scientific research management in universities, this paper analyzes the existing problems in China＇s scientific research management from three aspects of strategy layer,management layer and implementation layer, and puts forward the the path selection for the innovation of scientific research management system and mechanism in universities from the macro, meso and micro levels.
