中医药院校人才培养模式创新探析

摘  要: 在我国中医药传承创新的历史重任和当前国家大力发展健康服务业的战略部署的历史机遇下,中医药院校人才培养面临着培养目标、培养内容、培养结构及培养方式等方面的转变和挑战,经历着由独立培养1.0模式向产学研多主体联合培养2.0模式及协同订单式培养3.0模式的转变。因此,将理论研究和实践案例相结合并系统地探讨中医药院校人才培养模式创新的经验具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。 Under the historic task of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine innovation in our country and the historical opportunity of the current national developing strategy of health services, personnel training mode innovation of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities in China facing the change and challenge of training target, training content, training structure and cultivation mode, experiencing the same transformation by the mode 1.0 to 2. 0 or 3.0, as the independent train- ing mode to joint cultivation model or collaborative approaches. Therefore, combining theoretical re- search and practical cases to systematically explore the experience of personnel training mode innova- tion of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities has the important strategic significance and realistic significance.
