摘　　要： 目的：考察心理专业毕业生的职业决策困难影响因素。方法：采用CDDQ与EMBU问卷对广东省324名学生进行调查。结果：专业教育模式、就业意愿、父母教养方式、性别对毕业生职业决策困难具有显著影响,生源地、父母文化程度的影响不显著。结论：构建人才培养的有效途径,加强父母自身修养,针对不同群体开展职业生涯教育,以减少决策困难,实现顺利就业。 Objective： To study the influencing factors on career decision-making difficulties of psychology graduates.Method： 131 psychology graduates in Guangdong were surveyed with career decision-making difficulties questionnaire and the parenting questionnaire.Results： Training mode,jobs will,parental rearing and gender have significant influence on the students＇ career decision-making difficulties,and no influence of hometown and parental education.Conclusion： Constructing the available approach of training persons with ability,strengthening parental culture,developing the career education in different colony will reduce the career decision-making difficulties and realize taking up an occupation smoothly.
