摘 要: 以我国珠三角地区103个高新技术企业研发团队作为研究对象,探讨研发团队成员知识隐藏行为对团队知识存量和新产品开发绩效所产生的影响。结果表明:(1)产品研发团队成员知识隐藏行为对团队知识深度和相关度有显著的负向影响,但对团队知识广度影响不大;(2)团队知识广度、深度和相关度对团队新产品开发绩效有显著的正向影响;(3)团队知识深度和相关度在研发人员知识隐藏行为与团队新产品开发绩效之间起着显著的中介作用。 This paper explores the effect of knowledge hiding behavior on knowledge stocks and new product development performance on team level based on 103 RD team of high- tech firm from China's Pearl River Delta as empirical study samples. The results show that:(1) knowledge hiding by RD team members has a negative impact on RD team's depth and similarity of knowledge stocks significantly,but little impact on the breadth of knowledge stocks;(2) RD team 's breadth,depth and similarity of knowledge stocks have positive impact on RD team's new product development performance;(3) RD team's depth and similarity of knowledge stocks mediate the relationship between team members' knowledge hiding and teams' new product development performance significantly.
