摘　　要： 通过对中国共产党整个斗争历程的考察 ,可以看出 :中国共产党是中华民族解放的急先锋 ,是反帝废约主张的首倡者 ,也是这一斗争的发动者和坚持者。中国人民是在她的领导下才推翻了帝国主义和国内反动势力的统治 ,取得反帝废约斗争的彻底胜利 。 The center in this paper is to assert (1) The CCP is the pioneer of the Chinese national liberation, the advocator, initiator and assertor of the cause of strivings for anti imperialism and the abolition of unequal treaties. (2) The Chinese people could win the complete success of anti imperialism and abolition of unequal treaties, overthrowing the domination of imperialism and national reactive government, achieving the goals of real independence and liberation of the nation only led by the CCP.
