摘　　要： 建立了评价69家高科技上市公司2003-2005年经营效率和技术进步的数据包络（DEA）模型，编写了LINGO程序测算出各公司的总体效率，技术效率、规模收益程度和整体技术进步率．对DEA有效和非DEA有效的公司做出了实证分析，并对结果进行说明． This paper sets up DEA model to evaluate the whole efficiency and technology efficiency and technology progress of Chinese 69 listed high-technology companies. The companies＇ data is form 2003 to 2005, and the DEA model is programmed using LIGO. At last, the effect and scale to return of every decision making-unit is analyzed and the technology progress rate of whole industry is analyzed.
