摘　　要： 跨境电子商务在我国出现的时间虽短,但发展速度和交易规模十分惊人,这给物流带来了潜在的巨大市场。目前我国跨境电子商务及其物流发展存在诸多问题,如政策支持不足,物流基础设施不完善,缺乏第三方物流的专业化服务,与跨境电子商务的需求不匹配,导致跨境电子商务的物流成本高、效率低。因此,应健全相关法律,完善相关扶持政策,优化跨境电子商务企业联盟模式,从专业化物流运作入手创新配套物流企业的服务模式,以高效率、高质量、低成本地运作跨境电子商务物流。 Though the history of e-commerce in China is very short,the development and transaction scale is very amazing. At present,there are some problems about cross-border e-commerce development in China,which lead to the high cost and low efficiency of cross-border e-commerce logistics. So,we should perfect related laws and supporting policies,optimize the pattern of related enterprises alliance,make innovation in service pattern of supporting logistics enterprises,and develop cross-border ecommerce logistics with high efficiency,high quality and low cost.
