摘　　要： 在经济全球化和贸易自由化的背景下。贸易便利化成为发达国家和新兴经济体在全球、区域和双边贸易谈判中共同关注的议题。贸易便利化合作是扩大21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线各国相互贸易与经济增长的重要途径之一。文章论述了贸易便利化合作在21世纪海上丝绸之路建设中的重要意义，在对21世纪海上丝绸之路贸易便利化水平进行评估的基础上,探索了沿线各经济体开展贸易便利化合作面临的主要障碍。最后提出了促进沿线区域贸易便利化能力建设的具体措施和政策建议。 Under the background of economic globalization and trade liberalization, trade facilitation becomes the commonly-concerned topic of developed nations and emerging economies in global, regional and bilateral trade negotiations. It is also one of the important approaches to improve the mutual trade and economic growth of all the countries along the Maritime Silk Route. This paper reviews the importance of trade facilitation and the related literature, evaluates the level of trade facilitation, explores the barriers faced by all the economies along the Route, and finally, proposes some specific policy countermeasures.
