基于风险平衡的两阶段危险品运输路网设计

摘  要: 建立两阶段模型实现危险品路网设计,第一阶段,利用A星算法模型结合K最短路思想得到优化后的约束路网;第二阶段,在约束路网基础上,采用考虑风险平衡的双层规划,以最小化风险为目标,通过平衡政府、承运人和居民的权益从而得到最优的路网。最后,以广州市剧毒品路网为实例进行了运输路网设计计算。结果表明,两阶段模型可以平衡各方的利益,得到最优的危险品运输路网。 In this paper, we established a two-stage model for road network design. In the first stage, we combined the A-star algorithm model with the K-means shortest path principle to obtain the optimally constrained road network; in the second stage, on the basis of the constraint road network, we adopted the bi-level programming process that considered risk balancing to obtain the optimal road network with minimal risk that balanced the interests of the government, shippers and residents, and at the end, in the case of the acutely poisonous material road network of Guangzhou, designed and calculated the corresponding transportation road network, which demonstrated the effectiveness of the two-stage model.
