摘　　要： 创新性地将知识价值链引入高校科研团队研究中，构建保持并提升高校科研团队核心能力的知识价值链模型，并据此提出高校科研团队核心能力的测量指标及提升核心能力的具体措施，最后将高校科研团队知识价值链、核心能力以及提升核心能力的措施结合起来，构建综合模型。 This paper applies the knowledge value chain to the study of university scientific research team. Though building knowl- edge value chain model, the authors present the content of core competence and the measures to promote core competence of the univer- sity scientific research team, and construct the combined model.
