摘 要: 以系统动力学为主框架,研究运用支持向量回归建立产品开发复杂系统动力学方程组,基于粗糙集理论方法对系统流图中反馈回路等元素进行约简与分析,结合具体产品类型寻求产品开发系统非线性动力学纠正机制与要素体系,构成一种产品开发复杂系统建模新方法。对用新建模方法建造的系统模型进行计算机仿真与验证,发现了产品开发复杂系统中起稳定作用的结构以及参数范围。证明所提出的方法能解决产品开发复杂系统的演化难以预测与控制等问题。 Take system dynamics as main frame of study, and use SVM to get the non-linear mapping re- lationship among units, and then put forth a new method of modeling product development complex system (PDCS) to construct the model of PDCS; Second, use rough set method to analysis the feedback loop of flow-chart of the system, so as to look for the non-linear dynamics correcting mechanism of product development. At last, use factual projects of product development to simulate and verify the model of PDCS found with the new modeling method. The model and its simulation system can illuminate factually the essentiality of the evolution process of new product development, and put forward the structure for the steady of PDCS, so as to resolve the problems such as low success rate of new product development and being hard to forecast and control the evolution process of PDCS, and so on.
