摘 要: 政治关系通常被视为企业创新的重要资源。然而,当前政治关系与创新绩效关系的研究结论却依然模糊甚至相互矛盾。本文以组织学习和动态能力作为中介变量,连接政治关系对创新绩效的影响,构建了一个政治关系、组织学习、动态能力与创新绩效关系的理论模型,然后以广东珠三角地区166家企业为调查对象,采用SPSS和SEM方法进行实证检验,研究结果发现:政治关系对创新绩效没有直接影响,其需要通过组织学习与动态能力作为中介变量才能间接地提高绩效水平;与非国有企业相比,国有企业中,政治关系对于创新绩效的间接影响程度更高。本文研究结论为组织创新、政治关系以及动态能力等相关理论与管理实践的发展提供了新的证据。 Political connections are always regarded as a kind of scarce resource which is critical for enterprises' innovation. However, the conclusion gained from empirical researches between political connections and innovative performance remains fuzzy even contradicted. This paper sets organizational learning and dynamic capabilities as mediator variables to connect political connections and innovative performance, finally build a theory model including political connections, organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and innovative performance. Then an empirical test was managed by SPSS and SEM methods with 166 enterprises from Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong as respondents. The result shows that political connections can improve the innovative performance indirectly through organizational learning and dynamic capability as mediator variables. However, political connections have no significant direct effect on innovative performance. The state - owned enterprises showed the more impact on innovative performance than the non ,- state - owned enterprises. The conclusion of this paper offers new insights for not only the development of theories about organizational innovation, political connections and dynamic capabilities but also practice of management of the enterprises related.
