摘　　要： 学派在学科形成中起着很大的促进作用，这已为成熟学科发展的历史所证明。我国高等教育管理学的学科地位尽管已经确立，但其自身的发展还很不完善。只有借鉴成熟学科形成的历史经验，发展我国的高等教育管理学学派，才能真正促进我国高等教育管理学学科的发展与成熟。 It was proved that schools had advanced the development of discipline. The higher education management is not perfect, although it has been a discipline on system. It needs to use the experience of ripe discipline for reference to advance the development and ripeness of our higher education management.
