摘　　要： 小康社会是人类长期追求的理想。我国社会主义现代化的迅速发展，极大地改变了社会的生产方式和人们的生活方式，使得小康社会的理想逐渐成为可实现的目标。党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的目标，而休闲作为一种生活方式，成为全面建设小康社会的重要标志。全面建设小康社会必然使现代人的生活方式产生变革：价值追求从物质生活型向精神生活型转变；休闲消费方式从节约、生存型向享受、发展型转变；生活样态从封闭、庸俗、单调型向开放、文明、丰富型转变。这种变革带来的必然是生活质量的全面提高，生命质量的全方位释放，内动力来自人们对富裕生活的渴望与人本价值的觉醒。 Comfortable society is the ideal which the human pursue in the long term. The rapid development of socialist modernization in china has affected people＇s living and working styles greatly. So the ideal of the human well - off society become realizable goal . The Sixteenth Congress of party loudly set the goal of the comprehensive construction of comfortable society, and the leisure becomes the important symbol which constructs comprehensive comfortable society as the style of life. The comprehensive construction of comfortable society inevitably causes the transformation of the modem people life style： value pursuit trans- forms from material life to spiritual life; the leisure consumption transforms from the saving survival to the enjoyment; the life style transforms from the seal, vulgar and monotonous to the opening civilization. The change consequentially brings the improvement of life quality and the total release of the quality of life. Internal impetus comes from the desire of prosper life and the awakening of Human - oriented value.
