摘　　要： 休闲教育是人“成为人”的过程,是青少年生命成长的需要,对青少年的自由全面发展具有重要价值。在青少年的现实成长中,存在休闲生活迷茫与缺失、休闲教育缺位与错位现象,不利于青少年的生命成长。因此,要明晰休闲教育的理想,从战略高度、思想共识、教育体系的路径落实青少年休闲教育。 Leisure education is the process of ＂becoming human＂ ,and it is the need of adolescents＇ life growth. Leisure education has great value on the free and comprehensive development of adolescents. In the adolescents＇ growth condition, the leisure time is abundant while leisure life is poor. And leisure education is always vacant and misplaced, hindering the healthy development of the youth. Therefore, the ideal of youth leisure education should be clear and the realizing path of youth leisure education should be explored from strategic positioning, conceptional transformation and system construction.
