摘　　要： 传统的供应链在IC生产模式下存在缺陷与挑战．我们应该提升对供应链的管理。文章提出了面向IC的敏捷供应链体系结构。该体系结构能够支持IC生产模式的成功实施。能实现以低成本地即时响应顾客化需求而创造出新的竞争优势。 Firstly,this paper analyzes the limitations of and challenge to the traditional supply chain management which requires improvement. Secondly,it touches upon the requirements of IC for supply chain and then it advances the structural model of IC-oriented agile supply chain. It finally concludes that the IC model can be successfully put in practice supported by the structural model, which is believed to realize a new competitive edge with lower cost and instant respondance to customer demand.
