摘　　要： 海洋产业结构的优化调整对海洋经济的发展至关重要。运用“三轴图”分析法和GRA分析法分别分析我国海洋产业结构的演进过程以及我国海洋产业中的主导产业。结果表明：我国海洋产业结构已经实现了三二一的产业结构模式，但渔业等传统产业仍旧占据着主导地位，而高新技术产业的比重十分低。最后针对分析结果，给出相应的对策建议。 The optimization and adjustment of marine industrial structure is crucial to the development of marine economy. Based on analysis of three axis graph method and GRA method, the paper respectively analyzes the evolution process of Chinese marine industrial structure and leading industry of marine industry in China. The results show that： the Chinese marine industrial structure has achieved the industrial structure model three two one, but the fishery and other traditional industries still occupy a dominant position, and the proportion of high-tech industries is very low. Finally, according to the results of analysis, the corresponding counter measures and suggestions are given.
