摘　　要： 后金政权的汉族政策具体是指以努尔哈赤和皇太极为首的后金统治阶级为调整满汉民族关系,处理满汉民族问题,针对汉族而采取的相关策略、措施、规定等的总称。后金政权汉族政策的形成既有客观环境的催生,又有后金政权领袖人物的主观意志使然。 Represented by Nurhaci and Abahai,the governing class of Later Jin（1616-1636） put forward a series of policies directing towards Han ethnic group.The policy on Han ethnic group referred to the combination of series adjustments of the ethnic relationships and the relevant measures and regulations dealing with ethnic issues between Han and Manchu.The formation of such policies involved with the influence of the objective environment as well as the feudal governors＇ subjective wills of Later Jin（1616-1636）.
