摘　　要： 客家文化属于古中原文化、移民文化、多元文化、山区文化。客家休闲体育文化深受客家文化的影响，它与客家人的生产、生活环境及传统意识形态有密切关系，而且表现出鲜明的地域性、包容开放性、宗教民俗性、生产实用性、团结协作性、健身娱乐性、趣味性与竞争性等特色。根据起源、内容和形式等的不同，当前客家休闲体育大致可以分为民间传统体育和近现代体育两大类。 Hakka culture is of the ancient Chinese culture, immigration culture, multi-culture and mountain culture. Hakka culture of leisure sports is deeply influenced by Hakka culture, and it is closely relate to the producing and living environment and the traditional ideology. Hakka culture of leisure sports shows distinctive regional, open and inclusive, religious folk, production practicality, cooperation, fitness and entertainment, fun and competition, and other characteristics. According to the origin, content and form, Hakka leisure sports can be roughly divided into traditional sports and the modem sports.
