摘　　要： 文章采用问卷调查的方式分析研究了图书馆用户对个性化服务工具的需求及影响因素,根据研究结果提出了图书馆个性化服务工具开发和利用的四条建议。 The article investigates user needs for library personalized service tools and the factors that have effect on their needs based on the result of questionnaire.And then, the authors put forward some advices on development and utilization of library personalized service tools based on the results.
