摘　　要： 城市边缘农民工子女是指随父母进城打工，但被城市边缘化的孩子们。这一群体由于其生活水平及成长环境的特殊性，成为犯罪高发一族。青少年群体的犯罪固然有其个体的先天因素，但在中国社会大变迁的时代，纷繁复杂、矛盾多样的社会因素对城市边缘的农民工子女犯罪的影响十分明显。从法社会学视角分析这一特殊群体犯罪的社会学成因，进而有针对性地提出行之有效的控制对策，在当前显得十分必要和紧迫。 The peasant -workers＇ sons and daughters at the city edge are the children who go into the city with their parents. Because of the special living level and growth environment, this group is a high - risk crime group. We should pay more attention to them. The crime of teenager＇ s community surely has the inborn factor of the individual, but at the ages of changing and revolution greatly in China, numerous and complicated society factors play important role on the crime of peasant - workers＇ sons and daughters at the city edge. An- alyzing the causes of this special community crime from the legal sociology angle and put forward of valid counter plan of decreasing and controlling crime are becoming very necessary and urgent.
