摘　　要： 网络技术的发展、人本意识的加强等新的时代语境呼吁着新一轮大学英语课程改革。在反思大学英语改革历程的基础上，文章提出了建构大学英语零度课程这一行动：以“去中心”的零度理念，解构传统的自上而下的课程框架；以开放的课程样态和弹性的课程目标，实现人的解放兴趣，培养学习者思辨能力和创新能力。 College English Reform is being propelled by the new context with the development of computer networking, the rein-forcement of human-oriented consciousness etc., which encourages the action to design Zero-degree College English Curriculum on the basis of reflection on past reforms. The new curriculum is featured with zero-degree concept of decentralism, open framework and dy-namic objects by breaking through rigid teacher-oriented routine, thus the spirit of innovation and critical thinking can be fostered in the pursuit of freed interests.
