摘　　要： 网络问责以快捷的传播速度、低廉的问责成本、安全的匿名保障、充分的言论自由等独特优势,为公民监督公共管理提供了前所未有的便捷渠道,极大地激发了公民民主参与的意识与热情。区别于传统的问责方式,公益组织实施网络问责,将带来问责时空的变化、问责主体的扩展、问责方式的变迁、问责程度的加深、问责效应的增强,有利于引导公益组织良性健康发展。 Network accountability is well known for some unique advantages,for example,fast spreading,low cost,anonymity,free speech and so on,It provide a convenient channel for citizens to participate in public management,greatly stimulate the citizens ＇enthusiasm in democratic participation.Different from the traditional accountability mode,implementing network accountability in public welfare organization will bring about changes in expanding spatial expansion,adding accountability subjects,changing accountability ways;deepening accountability degree,strengthening enhancement effect,finally guiding the healthy development of the public welfare organization
