摘 要: [目的]研究不同pH处理对番茄种子发芽及其幼苗的影响。[方法]利用不同pH培养液对番茄种子进行处理,并对发芽、胚根、胚轴长度、种子发芽情况和幼苗生长指标进行测定。[结果]番茄发芽适宜pH为6.0,发芽势42.2%,发芽率60.0%,发芽指数9.6;1/2MS培养液中番茄幼苗生长发育最适宜pH为7.0~7.25,适宜区域为pH 5.25~7.25。茎粗/株高×全株干质量可作为番茄幼苗质量评价的最适可靠指标,茎秆硬度可作为番茄幼苗壮苗指标,根冠比不能作为番茄育苗壮苗指数。[结论]该研究可为番茄幼苗生长发育提供参考依据。 [Objective] Effect on Sprouting and Seedling with Different pH Treatments in Tomato was studied. [Method] Germination, radicle, hypocotyl length, seed germination and seedling growth were measured after tomato seed treatment and seedling culture with different pH culture medium. [Result] The results showed that the pH value of tomato germination was pH 6.0, germination potential 42.2%, germination rate 60.0% and germination index 9.6. The optimum growth and development of tomato seedling was pH 6.0, the suitable region was pH 5.25-6.5 in MS culture medium (EC=5.6).The optimum growth condition of tomato seedling was pH 7.0-7.25, and the suitable region was pH 5.25- 7.25 in 1/2MS culture medium (EC=2.7).Stem diameter / plant height × dry weight of whole plant can be used as the most reliable index for tomato seedling quality evaluation. Stem hardness can be used as a simple seedling index of tomato. Root weight / crown weight ratio can not be used as tomato seedling index. [Conclusionl The study could provide reference for tomato seedling growth and development.
