摘　　要： 目的:观察护理干预对晚期食管癌患者家属心理的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院晚期食管癌患者家属156例,对家属进行心理量表测定并分组,比较两组的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果:单因素分析显示:高中学历家属发生焦虑和抑郁的比例最高,居民保险发生焦虑比例最高;患者配偶发生焦虑和抑郁的比例最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经护理干预,2周后干预组焦虑、抑郁比对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期食管癌患者家属的焦虑、抑郁进行护理干预是必要的。 Objective： To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status of the family caregivers.Method： 156 family caregivers of patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected, the family caregivers were measured by psychological scale.Result： Univariate analysis showed that the highest proportion of anxiety and depression occurred in the family members with high school education and spouses of patients, and the incidence of anxiety was the highest among the family members of patients with urban residents medical insurance, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression of the intervention group were significantly improved, compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Condusion： Nursing intervention is necessary for anxiety and depression family caregivers of patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
