摘 要: 某小型餐饮废水采用平流式隔油池工艺进行处理,其出水水质远不能达到GB/T 31962—2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》中的A级标准。本次改扩建采用平流式隔油池-T型连通管-滤池的处理工艺。运行结果表明,各项指标的去除率均得到较大改善,BOD5由18.8%提高至73.3%,CODCr由38.0%提高至87.3%,SS由50.8%提高至84.5%,动植物油由63.5%提高至97.9%,总氮由14.2%提高至91.1%。在仅采用物理处理工艺的条件下,出水水质中除CODCr一项指标略微超标外,其余指标均达到GB/T 31962—2015中的A级标准要求。 Using horizontal flow oil separation tank to treat wastewater from a small restaurant, the effluent water quality could not meet the requirement of A level of GB/T 31962-2015 Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to municipal Sewers. Horizontal flow oil separation tank-T connecting pipe-filter was adopted in the project reorganization and expansion. The running results showed that, the removal of different kinds of pollutants in the effluent water were all improved significantly, the removal rates of BODs, CODCr, SS, animal and vegetable oil, total nitrogen, were increased from 18.8%, 38.0%, 50.8%, 63.5%, and 14.2% respectively to 73.3%, 87.3%, 84.5%, 97.9% and 91.1% respectively. Treating the said kind of wastewater by physical process only, all the indexes of pollutants in the effluent water could meet the requirement of A level of GB/T 31962-2015 except for CODCr as its concentration slightly exceeded the discharge standard.
