摘　　要： 公募基金作为大众化的理财工具，过去几年发展快速，整体运作规范透明，但同时也面临着股票市场波动过大、债券产品投资者结构单一的问题。近期关于股市规范化、机构定制基金及流动性管理等一系列监管新规的出台，有助于引导公募基金进一步平衡业务发展和风险控制的关系，围绕实体经济需求做好投资决策和产品创新，响应供给侧结构性改革和三去一降一补的步调，做好普惠金融。 As a popular investment instrument, the mutual fund industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and has operated quite orderly and transparently as a whole. However, the mutual fund industry still faces challenges like excessive stock market volatility and lack investor diversities. The recent introduction of regulatory measures aiming at the regulation of the stock market, the supervision of institutional customized funds and the management of liquidity, will be conducive to guiding mutual funds to further balance the relationship between business expanding and risk control. These regulatory measures will also help mutual funds make investment decisions and foster product innovations focusing around the needs of the real economy, and promote the development of inclusive financial system to support the supply side structural reform.
