摘　　要： 中央对手方机制是金融市场重要的基础设施。2017年1月全球中央对手方协会（CCP12）落户上海，进一步提升国内对于中央对手方机制的研究和重视程度。该文对中央对手方机制的优越性、该机制自身存在的不足、实践中遇到的问题以及国际应对经验进行梳理研究，以期为不断完善中国版中央对手方机制、加强相关监管提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Central counterparties （CCP） are important infrastructures in financial markets. In January 2017, the Global Association of Central Counterparties （CCP12） opened a branch in Shanghai, which stimulates further research on the CCP mechanism and also arouses more attention to CCPs in China. This paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the CCP mechanism, summaries difficulties Jn practices and introduces international experiences addressing such issues, aiming to provide references for the perfection of the CCP mechanism in China as well as the strengthening of relevant regulations.
