摘　　要： 以2017年5月“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的成功举办为标志，“一带一路”建设进入新阶段。当前，“一带一路”沿线国家总体发展水平不高，但潜力巨大，增速较快，为中国企业走出去提供了难得机遇，但风险与挑战也不容忽视，需要中国企业谨慎应对。 In May 2017, the ＂Belt and Road＂ Forum for International Cooperation was successfully held in China, which marks the entering of a new stage of the ＂Belt and Road＂ construction. Currently, the overall level of development of ＂Belt and Road＂ nations is not high, but the potential is high and the growth is fast in these countries, which provides unique opportunities for Chinese enterprises to go global. Nevertheless, the accompanied risks and challenges can not to be ignored, and demand careful handling by the Chinese enterprises concerned.
