摘 要: 采用物化(铁碳微电解、催化氧化)预处理高浓度废水后,利用水解酸化—A/O工艺处理混合废水,处理量为80 m^3/d。运行实践表明:处理出水COD低于500 mg/L,氨氮低于35 mg/L,出水水质达到接管要求,预处理工艺的COD去除率达64%,硝基苯去除率达94%,效果明显。 After physicochemical (ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis and catalytic oxidation )process has been used for pre-treating highly concentrated wastewater, and hydrolytic acidification-A/O process used for treating mixed wastewater. The designed treatment capacity is 80 m3/d. The operation practice results show that the treated efflu- ent chemical oxygen demand (COD)is less than 500 rag/L, and ammonia nitrogen concentrations is less than 35 mg/L. The effluent water quality can meet the requirements for taking over standard. The COD removing rate of the pretreatment process reaches 64% and the removing rate of nitrobenzene reaches 94%, having remarkable effect.
