摘 要: 压裂是储层改造的重要增产措施。随着大量水平井的规模化开发以及大型施工工艺的应用,压裂液的用量越来越大,压后返排液量也相应增加,这些返排液成为压裂增产后的主要污染物。对返排液再配液影响因素进行分析,研究了一套适用于苏里格气田的交联胍胶类返排液再配液技术。该技术应用不仅减少了返排液的外排压力,还促进了水资源的循环利用,在保护环境的同时又保障了油气田的持续生产。 Fracturing is an important measure to increase the yield of reservoir modification. With the scalized de- velopment of a great number of horizontal wells, as well as the application of large-scale construction technology, the amount of fracturing fluid used gets more and more, and the amount of flow back fluid after fracturing increases correspondingly as well. All the flow back liquid has become the main pollutants after the fracturing yield. The in- fluential factors of back flow and reusing fluid are analyzed. A set of cross-linked guanidine gum flow back and re- using fluid technology suitable for Sulige Gas Field has been developed. The application of that technology could not only reduce the discharge pressure of back flow liquid, but also accelerate the recycling of water resources. The sustainable production of oil-gas field is guaranteed while the environment is protected.
