摘　　要： 弥散性肺泡出血（DAH）是由多种病因引起的一种能危及生命的临床综合征。儿童DAH的早期识别和病因诊断在临床工作中具有挑战性。尽管DAH的诊断和管理有了较大进步，但其病死率依然很高。现就近年来有关DAH的研究进行阐述，旨在进一步提高对该病的认识。 Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage （DAH） is a life threatening clinical syndrome caused by a variety of causes. Early identification and etiological diagnosis of DAH in children are challenging. Despite some advances have been made in the identification and management of DAH, the mortality rate is still high. This article aims to raise the cognition of clinicians on DAH by providing a general review of sortie recent researches.
